Note that children from PA1 (apart from those residing in fields) where able to choose from 3 schools whereas a large area of PA2 were not given any choice and could only have Trinity All Saints.
If the new plan was to be introduced for this year, it would have created a strip of land where no school preferences where possible.
The expected intake for 2014 is considerably higher and the likelihood of people accepting an increase to Eldwick school is very low.
